To manually link to WisdomTree Prime from an external bank please follow the steps below.

We first suggest writing your routing and account numbers down. (Where do I find this?)

Then, initiate the manual linking process from your external account where you will be asked for your WisdomTree Prime account number and routing number.

Input your account and routing number as well as the bank, which is Stride Bank, NA.

Your external bank will then send (2) microdeposits to WisdomTree Prime which should arrive in 1-2 business days. Once the microdeposits arrive, open your WisdomTree Prime app.

Go to your “Transactions" which can be found in your "Settings", then search for the two microdeposits sent from your external bank and write the two numbers down.

After, open your external bank account and follow their instructions on where to input the two microdeposit amounts.

Once you input the correct microdeposit numbers, your external bank account and WisdomTree Prime account should link.

Lastly, you will see a reversal in your external account that is equal to the total of the two microdeposits that were sent earlier.
