If you don’t see your tokens in your external wallet, you may need to manually import the token. Most wallets require the token address, and some may also ask for the network, token symbol, and decimals. Check your wallet’s instructions, then enter the required details to complete the import.
To import a token into your wallet:
- Copy the Token Address from your transaction details in WisdomTree Prime.
- Open your external wallet and go to the Import/Manage Tokens section.
- Paste the token address. You may be asked to select a network or enter the token symbol and decimals. Be sure to choose the same network you used when sending from WisdomTree Prime.
- Confirm and import. The token should now appear in your wallet.
