To begin this process, you will need to convert all of the assets listed on your Portfolio page to WisdomTree Dollar Tokens by selling all of these assets. Please note that this may result in taxable transactions. When you have done this, the WisdomTree Dollar Tokens will be listed your “Cash” holdings on your Portfolio page. Then, transfer all of the value from your “Cash” holdings to your preferred linked bank account, which will result in the redemption of all WisdomTree Dollar Tokens in your “Cash” holdings.
Once all the funds have been transferred out of your account, please contact Customer Support so we can proceed with closing your account.
Please be advised that once your account is closed, we cannot recover any information. If you change your mind after account closure, you will be required to create a new account.
